While the Bajoran rebellion may have taken control of that mining station among the stars, Terok Nor will always be testimony to the indominable spirit of the Cardassian people and their most ruthless and enigmatic champion, the man who laid waste to frivolity and brought order to chaos, the man whose name will resonate throughout this quadrant as a leader not only in war but in peacetime. Dukat's legacy will be proven once again, for as long as Cardassians remain a power in the galaxy.
